Ironman Austria Christmas special

50 charity slots available on December 11

Ironman Austria Christmas special Christmas is close and, as a special present for those who couldn't enter Ironman Austria 2010 in July, race organizers are offering another chance to sign up for the race. On December 11, 2009, registration will open again and there will be 50 slots available.

The 2010 event, which takes place on July 5, 2010, filled in just 26 minutes. The new round of slots will cost €450, of which €50 will be donated to charity.

Registration will open on www.ironmanaustria.com at 11 AM CET on December 11 and closes when all available entry slots have been sold.

CompuTrainer Chronicles

Before I got my CompuTrainer last year, my limited experience with it included casual indoor rides at our local bike shop where it provided a fun diversion from normal winter trainer rides at home, gave you something to look at while riding, plus the fun of "racing" your friends and riding different courses. While these are all great features, and perhaps the well-known aspects of the CompuTrainer, I have since come to learn about the CompuTrainer's other features that are an extreme value as a training tool.
