Registration is now open for 2011 Rohto Ironman 70.3 California, April 2, 2011, 2011 Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas and Lonestar Sprint, April 9, 2011 (Sprint)/April 10, 2011 (70.3) and the 2011 Ironman 70.3 New Orleans, April 17, 2011. Don't miss your chance to race next year!

Rohto Ironman 70.3 California, taking place on April 2, 2011, in Oceanside, Calif., will include approximately 2,500 professional and age group athletes. Athletes will enjoy a one-loop bike through the San Clemente State Park area and the challenging inland hills of Camp Pendleton and a flat two-loop run through the coastal neighborhoods of Oceanside. Rohto Ironman 70.3 California serves as an official qualifier for both the 2011 Ford Ironman World Championship, taking place on October 8, 2011, in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and the 2011 Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3, Presented by Ford.

The Lone Star Sprint and Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas triathlons will take place on April 9 and April 10, 2011, on Galveston Island, Texas. Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa & Convention Center, situated among 242 lush, tropical acres, will play host to the events and to more than 2,500 athletes from around the globe. The Lone Star Sprint Triathlon will take participants on a .3-mile saltwater swim in Offats Bayou followed by a 12.5-mile bike and 3.1-mile run along the Gulf of Texas and through the Moody Gardens property. Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas leads athletes along a 1.2-mile swim in Offats Bayou followed by a 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run through Galveston Island, along the Texas coastline and over San Luis pass. The 70.3 event offers a total of 50 slots to the 2011 Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3, Presented by Ford.

Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans will take place on April 17, 2011, in one of Louisiana’s most historic cities. More than 1,500 athletes will swim in Lake Pontchartrain, and then bike and run through City Park and the world-famous French Quarter with a finish line in front of Jackson Square. Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans will offer 50 slots to the 2011 Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3, Presented by Ford.
